Tammi is a real estate associate in the Century City office of Reed Smith. She has experience representing commercial entities in both litigation and transactional contexts, but her main clients are independent power producers and renewable energy developers, public utilities, landowners, financing parties, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions. Her work includes the acquisition, development, construction, and financing of commercial real estate for utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects. Unlike a typical commercial real estate practice, Tammi advises clients at all stages of development: from site control, title and survey review, site plan review, zoning and permitting, parcel mergers, easement vacations, crossing and consent agreements, title policies, and billion-dollar tax equity and debt financings. 

In connection with these projects, Tammi has worked closely with developers, planning and zoning applications, CEQA hearings, and Subdivision Map Act compliance. In addition, she has experience drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, credit agreements, equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, and renewable energy project contracts (including but not limited to: power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, asset management agreements, energy management agreements, shared facilities agreements, interconnection agreements, equipment supply contracts, facility use agreements, leases, transmission line easements, and co-located easements).
