Rob is an associate in the firm’s Financial Industry Group and focuses his practice on structured finance, securities and corporate matters. Rob represents issuers, sponsors, mortgage loan sellers and investors in a variety of bespoke real estate debt transactions. Rob also has experience advising clients on cross border structured credit transactions.
