Her practice focuses on foreign direct investments, M&A, restructuring, general corporate and commercial as well as regulatory matters. Katherine assists multinational clients from a wide range of sectors, including pharma and medical device, large energy groups, mining groups, commodities trading companies, machinery manufacturers, foodstuff companies as well as media and entertainment groups.
