This presentation will consider how and why construction and insurance attorneys need to work together to properly manage risk and maximize recovery on Renewables Projects. This session will focus on three major Project risks—weather, workmanship/design, and delay—and how these areas of expertise intersect and need to be coordinated to best mitigate risk and preserve claims.
