Co-hosted by Herbert Smith Freehills and the IWIA, the panel discussion will focus on the recommendations from a recent GAR-LCIA report on ways to make arbitration more efficient and a better experience for clients.
The panelists will discuss the findings of the report and share their own experiences on how the arbitral process can be made more efficient. The panel will include:
