“We have been strategically expanding our capital markets, private equity, and global corporate transactional practices. The arrival of Yuta and Ashley further demonstrates that our investment in attracting top talent and strengthening our corporate team is paying off. They are tremendous assets to our clients and excellent additions to our team. So far in 2025, we have welcomed more than 125 new lawyers, which really highlights the firm’s momentum,” said Matt Mohn, co-chair of Reed Smith’s Global Corporate Group and chair of its U.S. Corporate Group.
“Yuta’s arrival further strengthens our ability to serve clients in the rapidly evolving crypto and digital securities markets, where we have seen a significant increase in transactional volume, particularly in deals involving public treasury strategies and virtual currencies.”
“Yuta brings nearly 20 years of broad-based capital markets experience and deep knowledge of public and private capital-raising transactions, securities regulations, and regulatory compliance. Ashley has also worked extensively in the securities and capital markets sector, representing both public and private companies, making both Yuta and Ashley tremendous assets to our clients and excellent additions to our team,” added Mohn.
