After graduating from law school magna cum laude, David served a one year term as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Providence County Superior Court in Providence, Rhode Island. There, he was called upon to research and provide analysis on a wide variety of legal issues and to assist in the composition of bench, written, and published decisions for the court. Following his clerkship, David worked for a Rhode Island firm where his practice focused on civil litigation in the state and federal courts of both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. David has experience defending clients in matters involving:
