Rae Chung

Rae Chung is an experienced employment advisor and litigator and is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Group. She focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling. Rae is experienced in defending employers in single-plaintiff and class lawsuits and has extensive experience litigating claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Rae also helps employers avoid litigation by advising in all areas of employment, including recruitment, hiring, retention, workplace investigations, leaves, performance management, discipline, terminations, separations, mass layoffs, and negotiated severances. She has experience in the health care, cybersecurity, hospitality, and technology sectors.
