As chief of staff to Financial Industry Group Partner Constantine Karides, Bree directs strategic operations and oversees day-to-day client management and business development activities. She also co-leads business development for the firm’s On Chain: Crypto and Digital Assets Group, in which Constantine serves as co-chair.
Bree works closely with key internal stakeholders across the firm to lead and implement strategic planning processes, serves as a liaison for practice members and firm professionals, and assists in expanding Constantine’s practice in industry sectors including finance, M&A, private equity and technology.
In her client-facing work, Bree shares Constantine’s passion to provide unrivaled service, meeting regularly with clients and collaborating on events and presentations to ensure that the firm not only meets clients’ legal needs, but also acts as their business steward. Bree will support Constantine’s important leadership role in the firm’s Financial Industry Group.
Bree has more than 20 years of business development and marketing leadership at Am Law 100 firms. She served as Reed Smith’s director of regional marketing for nine years, driving strategic projects and events while implementing a global brand across all offices. She also supported marketing efforts for the firm’s women’s initiative, wellness/mental health programs, alumni activities, and its diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
