Varsha Ghodasra is counsel in the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group. Varsha represents companies, private equity funds and executive management teams in complex corporate transactions. Her practice includes negotiating and drafting transactional documents, and advising clients on how to design, negotiate and implement various executive compensation and employee welfare arrangements, including employment, consulting, equity incentive, cash bonus, severance and change in control contracts and plans. Varsha’s practice also includes advising clients on securities and tax law compliance (including with respect to sections 280G and 409A of the Internal Revenue Code) in connection with executive compensation arrangements and filings.
