Arya advises clients on a wide range of complex debt financing transactions, with an emphasis on structured finance and secured lending transactions. His experience includes representing asset managers, underwriters, originators and issuers in securitizations and asset-based financing transactions, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and asset-backed securities (ABS) issuances, as well as warehouse/leveraged facilities. Arya also represents investment and commercial banks, specialty finance companies and niche market lenders, and borrowers (including operating companies and “special purpose” vehicles) in corporate credit facilities, senior secured and second-lien facilities, forward-flow arrangements, cash flow loans and mezzanine financings.
