Allison Kahn’s practice focuses on product liability litigation, including the defense of airplane manufacturers. Her practice also focuses on entertainment and intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining Reed Smith, she was a certified law clerk in the Sex Crimes Division at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office where she drafted the trial brief for People v. Harvey Weinstein. At the District Attorney’s office, Allison gained courtroom experience arguing motions and conducting preliminary hearings.
