Miki is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
Miki has experience advising banks, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a variety of domestic and cross-border financings, including syndicated and bilateral loans, fund finance, acquisition finance and general corporate lending.
Admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2022, Miki joined the firm in 2025.
