Philip is counsel in Reed Smith's Energy and Natural Resources Group with a focus on structured trade finance, debt capital markets and banking and finance. Philip has represented arrangers, issuers, global banks, borrowers and agents in receivables financing programmes, structured loan facilities, note issuances and refinancing arrangements, amongst others. Phil also works on aviation related financing transactions.
