Evan is an associate in the Global Commercial Disputes Group in the firm’s Wilmington office.
Before joining the firm, Evan served as a Deputy Attorney General with the Delaware Department of Justice. In that role, he prosecuted serious criminal cases on behalf of the State of Delaware, led complex investigations, negotiated case resolutions, and served as lead counsel in multiple trials.
