Tracy was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2019 and is an associate in the Corporate team of our Hong Kong office.

Tracy handles various corporate finance matters, including initial public offerings, issue of debt securities, mergers and acquisitions and Hong Kong listed companies’ regulatory compliance.
