Those challenges include retaining information long enough to meet business needs, legal requirements, and generative AI reference considerations, but not retaining information too long in order to avoid violating privacy laws, multiplying e-discovery costs, and increasing data breach risks. This program will focus on how the above factors are impacting data retention practices and steps that organizations should be taking to address this changing information governance landscape.

Applications for CLE credit will be filed in Delaware, Florida, Ohio, and Virginia.
