Cue advises major clients on complex, cross-border M&A transactions across multiple industry sectors including media & entertainment, sports and real estate. He has acted on some of Reed Smith’s most notable M&A transactions in recent years.

Cue “has consistently demonstrated his skill in advising clients on a wide spectrum of corporate transactions,” according to Panos Katsambas, global co-lead of Reed Smith’s financial industry group. For example, he recently helped orchestrate the takeover of a Premier League football club and advised on the UK aspects of a de-SPAC transaction for a business valued at nearly $1.6 billion.
