Hayley is an associate in the Structured Finance team. Hayley has worked on a broad range of structured finance matters including securitisations, debt capital markets and non-performing loans. Her recent experience includes working on the sale of a large portfolio of non-performing loans. Hayley has advised a range of market participants including issuers, trustees, security agents and servicers.
