Tammi is a real estate associate in the Century City office of Reed Smith. She has experience representing commercial entities in both litigation and transactional contexts, but her main clients are renewable energy developers, owners, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions. Her work includes the acquisition, development, construction, and financing of commercial real estate for solar, wind, and battery storage projects. In connection with these projects, Tammi has worked closely with independent power producers on title and survey review, planning and zoning applications, CEQA hearings, and Subdivision Map Act compliance. In addition, she has experience drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, credit agreements, equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, and renewable energy project contracts (including but not limited to: power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, asset management agreements, energy management agreements, shared facilities agreements, interconnection agreements, equipment supply contracts, facility use agreements, leases, transmission line easements, and co-located easements).
