The Bangalore Dispute Resolution Conclave, organized by the School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), aims at continuing the international arbitration conclave series – the first of its kind – in Bangalore. It seeks to encourage discourse and discovery around the topics of arbitration and mediation in the national and global context.
The planned panels for the conclave will cover:
- The Future of Mediation in India: A Reflection Post the Mediation Act, 2023
- Women in International Arbitration
- Demystifying Sports Arbitration: The What, Where, and How
- Investor-State Disputes and the Enforcement of Awards against Sovereign States
Niyati will present in the Women in International Arbitration session.
Supporting partners for the event are: Indian Women in International Arbitration (IWIA), the Centre for Online Resolution of Disputes (CORD), Global Sports Policy Review, and Doctrina Ludus.
