Where

Reed Smith's Philadelphia office - Three Logan Square

Frameworks, impact assessments, sandboxes, automated decision making, deepfakes, inputs, outputs, and more are colliding in a regulatory mishmash of competing priorities, requirements, and risks. This is AI governance in beta mode. This presentation will orient you to the dynamic world of AI regulation and solutions for current compliance and future proofing.

Following the CLE program, continue the conversation at a networking reception with fellow GCs, CLOs, corporate secretaries, and senior in-house leaders. This is a rare opportunity to compare notes on AI governance, AI risk management, and board-level oversight in a candid, off-the-record setting.

This course is presumptively approved for 1.0 CLE credit in California, Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia. Applications for CLE credit will be filed in Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Virginia.
