The program features four engaging sessions:
- Trademarks, patents, and professionalism: Enhance your practice with insights into maintaining professionalism and respect in IP practice. (Qualifies for 1.0 Civility in the Legal Profession subfield credit)
- Golden state guardrails: Stay ahead of recent developments impacting employers and employees.
- California project approvals: Master the essentials of California’s land-use project approvals.
- AI on trial: Delve into critical IP developments from the NDCA and beyond.
This is a hybrid event. You can attend in person at our San Francisco office, join a live stream from our Silicon Valley office, or participate virtually from anywhere. Lunch will be provided in both physical locations. After a day of programing, join us for a special networking reception from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Novela. CLE Information: This event is presumptively approved for 3.0 general and 1.0 civility credit in CA and 4.0 general credits in Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia. Applications for CLE credit will be filed in Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Virginia. Attendees who are licensed in other jurisdictions will receive a uniform certificate of attendance, but Reed Smith only provides credit for the states listed. Please allow 2-3 weeks after the event to receive a certificate of attendance.
