As the time and cost of arbitration continue to rise, efficiency has become a central concern for its users. In recent years, the arbitration community has introduced a variety of innovations to address these challenges. While these initiatives mark meaningful progress, there is still considerable work to be done.
With his extensive experience delivering strategic advocacy in high-stakes energy, construction, and commercial disputes, Reed Smith energy & natural resources partner Will Russell has been invited to join a multi-stakeholder panel of arbitrators, clients, counsel, and arbitral institutions to offer insights, practical strategies, and useful tools to achieve procedural efficiency in arbitration.
The event will be held in person at Reed Smith’s Houston office and is offered as a complimentary, public program for energy industry professionals and practitioners.
This program is presumptively approved for 1.25 CLE credit in California, Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, Texas, and West Virginia, and 1.0 CLE credit in New York and Pennsylvania. Applications for CLE credit will be filed in Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Virginia. Attendees who are licensed in other jurisdictions will receive a uniform certificate of attendance, but Reed Smith only provides credit for the states listed. Please allow 4-6 weeks after the program to receive a certificate of attendance.
