Facilitating the listing of high-tech enterprises in Hong Kong

In order to further promote the development of overseas listing of Chinese domestic enterprises and provide comprehensive services to high-tech enterprises, Reed Smith‘s Hong Kong office, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) Shenzhen-Hong Kong Collaborative Innovation Research Institute and HKUST Blue Bay Incubator will hold a seminar in Shenzhen with the theme of "Facilitating the listing of high-tech enterprises in Hong Kong".

The seminar aims to discuss the opportunities and challenges for high-tech companies to list in Hong Kong. Guest speakers include representatives from Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, ABC International, PwC and Frost & Sullivan.
