Gerry Stegmaier will be a panelist on “Privacy and Cybersecurity: Governance, Oversight, and Risk Management” on Tuesday, June 10th. This panel is focused on the importance of implementing a data privacy and security governance structure, identifying regulatory trends in cyber risk, and discussing third-party risk in terms of due diligence programs and M&A transactions.
