(ii) What are the main data protection and digital law requirements for standard apps and websites in the US, UK and EU? This includes, rules on cookies, newsletters, transparency requirements (also under DSA).
(iii) How to implement a global approach that “fits all”. For example: How can a global privacy policy look like? How can website and tracking data be shared across affiliates and countries?
