About the Webinar Series

This series brings together leading women in construction in the Middle East to share their experiences, challenges, successes, and insights. Our first webinar explored ‘Attracting and retaining female talent in the construction industry’ where we discussed barriers to overcoming gender disparities in the construction industry and shared best practices on attracting and retaining female talent.

'Pay it forward – why mentoring matters for women in the construction industry' will be the final part in this three part webinar series taking place in September 2023. We will explore successful mentoring in the construction industry, with perspectives from mentors and mentees, and why mentoring matters.

These webinars are designed for all women currently working in or looking to enter the construction industry, including emerging talent, future leaders, and those at the pinnacle of their careers. Men are equally welcome and encouraged to join the webinars.
