The transaction supports RapidWorks’ long-term strategy of serving all heavy equipment verticals, including solutions for fleet maintenance, operator management, safety and compliance, and customer engagement. CRO, founded in 2013 and now serving more than 300 customers across North America, brings deep expertise in waste management and recycling that broadens RapidWorks’ platform and accelerates growth opportunities.
The deal also provides CRO — which will maintain its product identity and continue under its current leadership — with additional resources to accelerate product development, strengthen operations, and enhance support for its customers. The transaction is supported by investor backing.
