Haley received her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as president of the Business Law Society and practice chair of the UGA Law negotiations team. Haley also served as a conference editor and a member of the editorial board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.

During law school, Haley worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge William M. Ray of the District Court for the Northern District of Georgia as well as a corporate counsel extern for the American Cancer Society.

Before attending law school, Haley attended the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with an emphasis on legal studies and an emphasis on personal and organizational leadership.
