Your future starts here

Located in a gateway to Southeast Asia, Reed Smith’s Singapore office has offered comprehensive legal services across a range of industries for over a decade. Our 80-strong and rapidly growing Singapore office, including our Formal Law Alliance Partner Resource Law LLC, provides a full suite of capabilities with market-leading practices and practitioners across three core strands: transactions; regulatory, enforcement, and investigations; and disputes. Our lawyers in Singapore handle matters for clients ranging from multinational corporations, venture capital funds, and start-ups to governments and state-owned enterprises. Our clients trust us with their most complex and important projects. We build that trust through our industry knowledge, innovative offering, and commitment to delivering excellent client service.

In addition to Singapore, we have substantial experience advising clients on matters in India, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and beyond.
