NEW YORK — Global law firm Reed Smith represented ORIX Capital Partners, the private equity arm of ORIX Corporation USA, in its definitive agreement to sell Peak Utility Services Group (Peak) to Greenbelt Capital Management L.P. The transaction is expected to close upon customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
Peak provides essential utility infrastructure services across the United States, including maintenance, repair, and upgrades for electric, gas, and telecommunications networks.
