The successive acquisitions of these four companies this year significantly strengthen the links between Bayard and its various audiences and demonstrate the Reed Smith team’s ability to support its clients in external growth operations in a wide range of business sectors.
- Bipel is company specialising in cultural travel and diocesan pilgrimages,
- Laboludic is a French publisher of board games for children,
- News O Matic is a daily news digital medium aimed at children aged 8 to 12, and
- Alphonse is a start-up offering a range of services to help people at the end of their careers and prepare for retirement.
This collaboration, which now spans more than three years, demonstrates Reed Smith's desire to build long-term relationships of trust with its clients, particularly in a context of sustained external growth.
The Reed Smith team acting for the Bayard Group consisted of partner Marc Fredj and associate Antea Bonito for corporate matters and partner Séverine Martel for employment law.
