Reed Smith represents ORIX Capital Partners on its sale of Tri-State Utilities and Pipe Vision

NEW YORK – Global law firm Reed Smith announced today that it advised ORIX Capital Partners (ORIX) on the sale Tri-State Utilities (Tri-State) and Pipe Vision from National Underground Group, Inc., an ORIX portfolio company, to Vortex Companies, LLC (Vortex).
