Reed Smith advised PJ Investment Group on the investment made by DHL in eFulfilment solutions company, Brandpath

LONDON – Global law firm Reed Smith has advised PJ Investment Group and its ultimate shareholder Peter Jones CBE, in respect of the proposed investment in Brandpath Group Ltd to DHL Supply Chain. Brandpath Group provides eCommerce businesses with global fulfilment capabilities.

Peter Jones CBE will continue to chair Brandpath Group, and the executive management team will continue to lead the business, supported by key members of the DHL executive management team.
