In the highly complex LNG shipping arena, we advise clients on the drafting and negotiation of LNG carrier and FSRU bareboat and time charters, shipbuilding contracts, and sale and purchase agreements related to the carriage of LNG by sea, acting for either the prospective owners, charterers, or financiers of LNG carriers. We have advised clients on numerous – often technical – LNG shipping disputes, and increasingly advise on emerging areas such as bio-LNG.
