At the Federal Bar Association’s Annual Qui Tam Conference on February 19, 2026, a Department of Justice (DOJ) representative outlined the DOJ's framework for potential False Claims Act enforcement of “illegal DEI” and discussed perspectives and enforcement priorities for the False Claims Act, including for health care and trade.
