Aaron assists clients in matters involving securitization and structured finance transactions, with an emphasis on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). He represents arrangers, collateral managers, issuers, and investors in connection with CLOs, secured lending facilities, and other fixed income products. Aaron also has experience advising banks, asset managers, and corporate treasury clients on brokerage, derivatives, repo, and other trading activities.
Additionally, Aaron seeks to provide practical solutions to business challenges and approaches his practice with a view to commercial sensibility.
