Representing an industrial group of the nuclear sector in the framework of multiple proceedings against a national electricity company on major maintenance operations of a nuclear power plant. Proceedings include adjudications, enforcement litigation before the local courts, and an ICC arbitration procedure (seat in London, English spoken). Advice also involves ongoing contract management assistance on the live project (NEC3);
Advising a European contractor in Dispute Board proceedings and enorcement before the local courts against an central African public entity regarding a key infrastructure project (FIDIC), subject to African law;
Advised a French contractor regarding a dispute relating to a key road infrastructure project in central Africa (providing case management solutions, as well as key strategic advice on potential arbitral proceedings);

Represented client in ICC arbitration proceedings commenced by the Employer claiming non-conformity of the equipment delivered for a food processing plant in Eastern Europe (FIDIC);
Assisted a French contractor during project with claims for payment against the Employer and against claim for non-conformity of installed equipment for a food processing plant in France;
Provided legal advice to French contractor regarding negotiation of multiple contracts, on a wide variety of subjects ranging from contractual risks to civil liability for nuclear damage. Also provided contract management assistance, including review of subsequent change orders, etc;
Advised a major European contractor in its negotiations regarding a satellite project.
