Alexia is an associate in the Structured Finance team. She advises clients on a wide variety of structured finance matters, including securitisation, receivables financing, non-performing loan sales, and derivatives transactions. Her recent experience includes advising clients on bespoke crypto-related matters and transactions with an ESG or impact finance element. Alexia has a particular interest in environment-related work, and she co-ordinates the firm’s pro bono participation in the Chancery Lane Project.
