Allison is a complex commercial litigator with a particular emphasis on energy and environmental matters. She has successfully represented energy companies against both individual and class actions claims involving a range of litigation issues relating to the production of natural gas in the Appalachian region. Allison handles royalty disputes, lease and landowner disputes, lease termination disputes, gas gathering agreement disputes, and permit appeals in both state and federal court and in front of administrative boards. In addition to her varied commercial practice, she also has experience with insurance coverage and financial services litigation.

Represented an oil and gas exploration and production company in putative class action lawsuit pending in Pennsylvania federal district court challenging royalty payments.
Represented an oil and gas exploration and production company in various matters challenging rights under specific lease provisions as well as calculation of royalty payments and post-production costs.
Represented a natural gas exploration and production company and secured a defense verdict during trial ultimately dismissing challenges to its well site permitting.
