Amelia is a finance associate, advising clients on a broad range of structured finance transactions. She acts for originators, asset managers, and lenders on securitisation matters, including collateralised loan obligations (CLOs), trade receivables, and asset-based securities (ABS) issuance. Amelia also has experience representing specialist credit funds, banks, corporate service providers, and security trustees on a variety of financing transactions, including the acquisition of non-performing loans and litigation funding claims. She advises collateral managers across the CLO life cycle, from private warehouse financing through to issuance, resets, and refinancings.
