Annie McCool

Annie is an associate in Reed Smith’s Dallas office. She focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, and corporate governance. She has experience drafting public securities documents for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, guiding companies to their initial public offerings, counseling boards of directors with respect to corporate governance practices, and assisting with de-SPAC transactions. Annie represents companies across a wide range of industries.
