Devan is an accomplished litigator who represents a broad spectrum of clients, including major financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and individuals, with a focus on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and financial services disputes. She has significant experience representing corporate clients across a variety of industries such as oil and gas, renewable energy, financial services, manufacturing, and real estate.
