Efrain Vera is an associate in our Global Commercial Disputes group. Efrain is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes spanning state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution venues.

Representative matters

Represented national financial institutions in responding to requests from governmental agencies including the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
Represented national financial institutions, broker-dealers, and investment companies and advisers in litigation matters that included claims for breach of contract, negligence, business torts, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
Represented national financial institutions and managed pre-litigation and complex third-party matters that included interpleaders, creditor attachments, subpoenas, garnishments, and disputes over ownership of brokerage and bank accounts in multiple states.
