Emily is an associate in the Energy and Natural Resources Group, focusing her practice on oil and gas litigation. She has represented clients in state and federal courts in a variety of matters, including lease and contract disputes, pipeline condemnations, royalty actions and property claims. Emily has experience at all stages of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and advocating at mediations, hearings and trial.
