Gina is a complex and commercial litigator whose practice focuses on oil and gas litigation. Her experience includes representing energy industry clients in state and federal court cases involving a wide range of issues relating to the production of natural gas throughout the Appalachian region, including royalty actions, lease and contract disputes, and disputes regarding title and the ownership of subsurface rights. Gina has extensive experience in all phases of litigation at both the trial and appellate level, including drafting and arguing pleadings and motions, preparing for trial, researching and analyzing complex legal issues, and guiding clients through exposure analyses regarding various potential outcomes. She also understands the importance of clients’ broader business interests and works with clients in the early stages of litigation to craft overarching strategies that best reflect both their business and litigation goals and mitigate any risks related to potential unfavorable precedent or additional suits from similarly situated plaintiffs.
