Katherine Yang has over twenty years’ experience practicing at leading international law firms in China. Her practice focuses on foreign direct investments, M&A, restructuring, general corporate and commercial as well as regulatory matters. Katherine assists multinational clients from a wide range of sectors, including pharma and medical device, large energy groups, mining groups, commodities trading companies, machinery manufacturers, foodstuff companies as well as media and entertainment groups. In addition, she also has particular focus on the environment, work safety and health, sustainability and carbon footprint aspects of ESG.
