Katie is a partner in the Structured Finance Group. She is also a member of the On-Chain: Reed Smith’s Crypto and Digital Assets Group. Katie’s practice principally covers debt capital markets – focusing on securitisations and debt restructurings, and exchange-traded products – with a focus on cryptocurrencies. She advises a range of market participants, including issuers, trustees, investors, asset managers, and exchange traded funds.
