London is a trial and restructuring attorney within our Financial Industry Group who brings extensive experience representing chapter 11 debtors, receivers, and litigation clients from the inception of a case through a final resolution. London regularly advises debtors, lenders, lessors, landlords, financial institutions, and trustees in cases under chapter 11 and chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, and in adversary proceedings. London’s trial experience includes successful verdicts for clients in state, federal, and bankruptcy court, representing clients in a broad range of industries. London also regularly represents clients seeking receivers or who are experienced receivers themselves in state and federal court and regularly speaks on receivership law and precedent with regional and national professional organizations.
